The Ladymates Leadership offering is designed to help women tackle the gender-centric hurdles they face in leadership positions.

More often than not, women are the minority in leadership positions, whether they are founders, investors or operators. From working with predominantly male boards and leadership teams, to trying to be influential and impactful as a leader, it’s one of the hardest points in a women’s career.
