My first job was at a news agency, aged fourteen. During the job interview, the owner decided to test my maths abilities with an on-the-spot test, unbeknownst to me. He gave me obscure sums to do in my head, watching me intensely as I stumbled through them. Somehow, I managed to get the job, but I learnt the importance of intensely preparing for any job interview, presentation or speech. It's essential to be ready for any question that could be thrown your way.
Definitely an airline pilot. My Grandad flew for Ansett and I've always an interest in aviation. I think the physics behind keeping a multi-tonne aircraft airborne is unbelievably fascinating.
